WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A WEBSITE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY?
No problem! For us to start working, we’ll require access to your Domain. Your previous developer will have access, so it’s just a matter of performing a domain transfer. Don’t worry, this is a simple process and we’ll handle everything. Get in touch with us and we’ll discuss how to approach getting your domain credentials from your previous website designer.
WHAT ARE HOSTING CHARGES?
Every website on the internet is sitting on a web server. These web servers are costly and each website takes up a percentage of it’s server’s resources. Hosting & Domain renewals are billed annually by us, with the first year being free. These fees start at €80 for a small business website. There are no extra hidden fees.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Currently the average turnaround time is 2 weeks. This is dependant on the complexity of the website. A small 5-page website may take 1 week, whereas an extensive ecommerce website may take up to 3 weeks. WHAT'S THE PROCEDURE?
Firstly, we need to understand your requirements. We’ll meet in person (or by phone if not possible) and discuss the basis of the website, and the business that it will support.
The next step is to explore possible website designs that will appeal to you. With our help, we’ll examine competitor sites and come to an agreement on how the site should look and feel.
Website construction begins, with ongoing results regularly shared with you via private link. This is the longest part of the procedure, and will result in a brand-new completed & professional website for your business.
Lastly, if your website allows you to log in and manage products/blogs/events/etc, I’ll provide you with a tour of your personal control panel, with instructions on how everything works. This can be done in person or through a personalised instructional video.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
We require a down payment of 50% total cost before website development commences. When development is complete and you’re fully satisfied with your new website, the balance can be paid and we’ll make the site public. Payments can be made by the following means:

- PayPal*
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque
- Postal Order
*Payments made by Card & PayPal incur a small handling charge (1.4% / 3.4% respectively)
WHAT IF MY REQUIREMENTS DON'T MATCH YOUR PACKAGES?
No problem! We’ve built an Online Quote Tool to help you get an estimate based on your needs. If your project is more complex, you can contact us directly and we’ll gladly discuss your website requirements.
DO YOU HANDLE GETTING MY DOMAIN & HOSTING?
Yes. We’ll handle everything for you. All we need is your preference in domain name (e.g. www.annesflowers.com), and we’ll do our best to match it as closely as possible! If the domain name you want is already taken, we’ll present to you a list of similar domains that are available. If you’re not sure at all what domain to use, we’re happy to make recommendations based on your business.
WILL MY WEBSITE BE ON GOOGLE?
Yes. Every website we develop incorporates advanced Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). This is the practise of pushing your website up Google’s rankings as high as possible, so when someone searches a keyword relating to your business, you’ll show up. High rankings are not obtained immediatly due to the rate at which Google’s scraping algorithm works, however we’ll ensure your website has the best possible head start in getting to the front page.
DO I NEED TO SUPPLY TEXT FOR MY WEBSITE?
We’re happy to write up any & all text sections on your website. Some clients prefer to have full control and supply us with text. This is completely fine. We find that in most cases, it ends up being a bit of both!
DO WE NEED TO MEET IN PERSON?
Meeting in person is a great way for us to quickly gather your requirements, but we understand this isn’t always possible. To help with this, we always make the effort to come to you. If distance is an issue, communication through phone and email is completely fine.
